Job Title: Front Desk Secretary
Location: 968 Chambers St. #5, Ogden, UT 84403
Job Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Secretary to join our team at Complexion Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for a luxurious and calming spa experience. This position requires someone who is efficient, reliable, and has a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking software.

Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries, providing accurate information about our services and treatments.

Process transactions and handle the cash register for service payments, product sales, and gift certificates.

Maintain client records with confidentiality and attention to detail.

Assist in managing the flow of communication by taking messages, routing calls to appropriate staff, and ensuring follow-ups.

Keep brochures and promotional material stocked and displayed.

Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operation and high levels of client satisfaction.

Handle any immediate client concerns and report to management as needed.

Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing as necessary.
Requirements:​

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a spa, salon, or medical setting is a plus but not necessary.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Basic knowledge of office equipment and proficiency in Google Office applications.

Familiarity with booking and payment software.

A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to maintain discretion and client confidentiality.

Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed is preferred.
